Even before lockdown and during lockdown he has always supported to get my purchase delivered at home in time. I really appreciate the way customers are handled by Javed and team. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently needed my set of lenses and due to lockdown in the city, I could not physically go to the store. My lenses had to be custom made and were not available at any of the stores. Mr. Javed ensured that I got them in time for my travel and helped me through out the process- right from placing my order on the website (and recommending me an offer that I didn't know existed) down to coordinating with the store manager and runner, making sure I got the lenses before my flight.
Thank you so much Javed and team. Your service is highly appreciated. This is the kind of service that makes a customer want to stick to a brand/store.

I'd been to multiple stores and none of them had the part, and none of them had any interest in repairing them. krithika made time for me on a busy Friday afternoon and had the frames looking good as new in an hour, at a great price. she knows her trade and clearly cares about her work -- definitely won my business for as long as I live in the area.
