Titan eye plus really showed an example on how a customer should be treated and how customer requirements should be handled. We were really happy with their service.
We went to do service for 2 specs
We got our frame replaced with a stylish one for our first spec
They have tightened screw for our second spec without any charge
Seeing gloomy spec which my wife was wearing they have cleaned it and gave back without any charge.
Whole customer experience was awsome. Kudos to the entire titan eye plus team. Going forward we will only visit titan eye plus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had gone to Titan for watch repair which was done perfectly by staff.However, for my specs alignment, I had a bad experience.I was asked to sign some on your own risk kinda document..Felt as if I was getting operated or something.I was told that the specs will be done ok but will have to sign the document.What a waste of paper and time.A simple alignment was required.Iverall experience is just ok ok.
