★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My specs lost its balance. I went to the store where she said that it will take one day to repair . It was a simple matter other stores do it in minutes . I went there again but she said that i will have to collect it from ghod dod road whereas i live in adajan .the service there is also very bad when i went to make the frame it took two weeks when the store employee said it will be ready by 4to5 days

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pyramid / Adajan, Surat. Excellent service. Repaired frame that optician in UK said cannot be repaired. Shabnam did through eye check and her presciption was exact. We were leaving Surat when the delivery due and we had concerns about getting the new pair of specs on time. Divyesh went extra mile to make sure we had our new specs just before we departed Surat. Pari really likes her new specs. Will consider visiting again when next in Surat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am fond of titan products but not so fan of the customer service. They tell you to get the specs ready within few days but they don't keep their word. There is no respect for the customer when asked for the products. They just asked you to call to customer care if we want refund, even if I ordered from the store. I think action should be taken for such nasty behaviour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was visiting India and went here for first time to get new eye glasses and sun glasses with number. The eye testing done by optometrist was best. The product is awesome and staff is very friendly and helpful. Got deliverey on time. Decent prices. Will recommend.
