★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all, i am feeling better after having my first eye testing done by Optometrist Miss. Sagata Saha. The care that is given to the patient is very satisfying. Starting from the the entrance,the rules that are very strickly following during this COVID 19(Omicron) situation. Miss Sagata Saha ma'am is very experienced and explain about my problem very well. Its make me as a patient very relax. After eyetesting, i bought a spectacle which is very comfortable. All thanks to Titan Eye Plus, Laketown, Kolkata.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is for Titan Eye Plus - Lake Town, Kolkata. Zeeshan & Anubrata did a fantastic job in ensuring I got the spectacles lenses for my 3 yr old within 24 hrs. They called me to update about the lens status and also called up after a couple of days to take the feedback about the spectacles lenses. That's excellent Customer Service. Keep up the good work Zeeshan & Anubrata.
