It's over a week and I am experiencing very bad behaviour from your Titan Eyeplus store.
This is certainly not a customer service.
The moment i had the lenses installed, i had issue with vision. He spent more than an hour with experiments, but had no luck.
He advised me to take eye checkup with doctor.
I asked him to check with testing mechanism again, and i could see clear with it.
There is no change in the power.
I told him that i have to tilt me eyes towards frame center for clear vision, and that indicates the installation error.
I asked him to get the lenses replaced and installed with center towards my eyes and not frame.
This is the only spectacle I have and the store guy is making excuses and asking me to visit doctor for no reason. He told me to give him lenses and take my money back, which is not acceptable. How would i drive back without vision.
He seems to have taken my call logged with customer care on his ego and is not willing to help, but bullying me. He is not agreeing to install the lenses correctly as per the centre of lenses towards my eyes.
I don't want money refund, but just get the lenses installed correctly.
But this customer service experience is not expected from Titan company.

The staff at this store is courteous and the customer experience is really good.
