β β β β β It's an authentic Showroom of Titan watch , the service of the showroom workers all good. Titan is a famous brand & in open market there are many duplicate products , so don't buy any item of this brand from any local shop except an authorized showroom of this company.

β β β β β This is what I was talking about 8 months ago today.
I bought a Titanic watch from Flipkart I called Titan Customer Care and asked if I could verify how they said If you visit the nearest Titan showroom they will tell you it is original or fake.So when I showed that watch to the Titan showroom in Arambagh, I was insulted and told to leave.I entered a lot of big showrooms but never saw customers talking like this.

β β β β β Does Not deserve even 1 star as they sell defective products. As I purchased a sonata watch, within a month of use it turned into damaged item, i.e stopped working. I approached to them and enquired about the quality control issue, they replied me that it can happen because it is an electronic item so you can expect this issue. They also asked me that you are quite fortunate that you only come to us for single time with your issue but many customers have approached them 4 to 5 times after purchasing their items within 1 month..I think they sell duplicate items using the brand TITAN... FAKE FAKE FAKE

β β β β β Showroom is great but very honestly I found only Mrs. Komolika Mukherjee as the best staff others are just not upto the mark for sales for a brand like titan and in fact either their lights are off or computer is not workings or delay in service. Need to improve more.

β β β β β Staffs in this store is much better than other hooghly district stores of titan. Dont have to wait for simple maintanance work. Good place for bike parking. A demanding 5 star.
