★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't get that how this cheap and fraud company has gained 4.9 stars. It gives you confirmation of journey and transport without even facilitating it to hold the customer. It doesn't have courtesy to even inform about the real situation. I came to know about that there was no car available for my journey after it received my call after trying for 5 times. It has posted an address on google to attain popularity but there is no office. It only works or I say deceives people online.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been following up for a refund of Rs. 1000 which I had paid extra to Mr. Jitu of Tito but he is continuously giving some or the other excuse in delaying the refund. I would hope that future customers are more cautious while dealing with him.
