★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After 8 months of breakdown and even AMC amount paid it took almost 20 to 25 days to restore the lift ... that also with constant abd daily follow up with service team ....i will not recomend to go with such brand ...... Otis is best ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thyssen krupp elevators have a very laid back after sales service. Initially they were good but in less than six months they started lagging terribly.
Elevators are crucial and any malfunction can create extreme consequences. The service team never respond on time. Sometimes you feel that they don't care for human lives.
We installed 02 elevators but are very unhappy with their after sales division. It is hard to believe that an internationally renowned and esteemed company has left bad loose end here in Mumbai South, Malabar Hill zone . Worst they never take feed back from customers.
