★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very bad experience with OM STEEL specially with Mr. Harish Chander. He has a lack of knowledge in the current prices and the quality of steel bars. I was charged over price, first he gave us the normal prices of bars but at the time of billing he suddenly ask for more money and the reason he stated that "the prices have just increased a moment ago". He should have old us before. Despite the fact we already closed the deal on the previous quote but maybe he is greedy. I didn't like his attitude towards the dealing with customers even his management is also anxious about his boss behaviour. Never coming back to this shop ever and will not recommend to anyone to go there. They are just looting people. moreover, they charge you for weighing the steel (which is supposed to be free at any steel bar vendors).
