dont even think about it, this people are fraud and they have
eaten salaries of more then hudndred employees because this
company is not in good shape and their management is fraudsters
and scammers and now their
HR is harassing and threatning ex employees and forcing them
to sign agreement which is illegal and does not stand in court of
law.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Someone has theft 45000 Rs from credit card on 28 Jan and transferred all the money to mobile wallet. I Dropped few mail with F.I.R copy to mobile wallet but i did not get even single reply them.I called the customer care number 4-5 times but they are also not giving any satisfactory information. Please beware while doing any transaction to mobile wallet.

I have load rs 3000 in my tmw wallet. And few days later my account is blocked by not any reason then i contact customer care customer is very rude he say please courier documents and then i do courier. But my account is unblocked.my 3000 rupee is not received
i again contact customer care he said your money never get revert.
i have no money yet????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am still not able to use my money from last 50 days. Rupees 8830 has been stucked in your tmw wallet. Not able to do recharge or any services and also not able to use online transactions. I will Visit rbi ombudsman Hyderabad against tmw wallet.
We already waited 50 days we can't wait anymore. We didn't get any satisfactory response from your end. Every time when i contact to your customer they said due to technical issue we will resume our services next week and every time you guys changing your deadline. But now you have already spent 50 days.
I Contact to your customer on
1) 2 July 2019 they said to resume before 15 July 2019.
2) 16 July 2019 then again increase deadline 31st July 2019.
3) 1 August 2019 then they again increase deadline 3rd week of August 2019
4) Again contact on 20 August again they increase deadline 31 August 2019
Now we will not contact you again.
We will meet at RBI ombudsman.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ZERO customer support. No one who can help. No refund for failed transaction. They deduct the money. It is we we are fools if the transaction fails and it is our mistake if the refund has not happened automatically. Beware. Stay away from TMW as they are white collar crooks. Paytm is better

- I had approx. 5000Rs. In wallet which was assumed to be lost when TMW stoped their services.
- But Thanks to dear God & Honest People, I got a call from Federal Bank who was tied up with Tmw pay.
- They refunded my money after ID proof verification.
- Thank you Federal Bank.
- I would have thanked TMW too, but they didn't guided the public after their close down.
- There must be some closure Guidance to all companies Website, FAQ.
