★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had availed Manicure, Pedicure, premium facial and Hair spa services from Toes and Tresses recently.
Pedicure was done by Hemant and he was good.
However, the hair spa over here is the worst!! A guy called Ismail did my hair spa. He was continuously pulling my hair while washing, combing and blow drying. Even the massage was preposterous. It was like he was hitting me instead of giving a massage. I continuously told him to be gentle with my hair but he didn't listen. He was doing the hair spa as if he didn't want to but was forced to do it as it was 8:30pm. It was disastrous. I had gone for a relaxing hair spa but it ended up being a nightmare for me and instead of being relaxed, I got a severe head ache at the end of it.
As a compensation they did offer me another hair spa but what is the point?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apart from nail extensions, I got my highlights done from hair specialist Eshan. Totally happy with his work. He’s much recommended when it comes to hair. Especially Neeta had suggested me the colour for my highlights, which goes really well on my face and skin tone ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedicure done just in 10 mins. Head massage was worst that to done in 15 mins just 5 mins with hand 5 mins with stupid vibrator which was making diesel engine sound. Both the guys were in hurry to go home and left within 10-15 mins without informing me that service is over, quickly changed and left for home I was waiting sitting at chair with towel on thinking that head massage guy will come to complete. Had visted at 8pm. Other parlour are much better nearby they do head massage for 45 mins. Nice pedicure they do with legs massage. This service here was worst.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ she did my gel nails in literally half an hour. the nail polishes were of extremely poor quality and they didn't have half of the shades. she wasn't even using the product generously. All she did was applied some polish & oil and that's it. Please do not go here even for free. I should've trusted the reviews and not gone here. Pathetic. Lastly, they told me a different price on call & and a different price when I came to the store. Thankfully, she charged me what I was told on call after a heated conversation. Please don't go here. Very disappointed. Pay more money but go to another salon
