★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awaiting delivery of my order, despite of providing the complete address was asked for sharing the location which I did, haven't heard from them since then, even the guy who told a day earlier that will be delivering the furniture poorly responded as he isn't concerned at all. These people are least bothered to respond. was looking for a rating below 1 but that's not an option

This place is worst ever place for any purchase. These guys have taken more than 1 month to confirm the delivery date. And after more than a month I have received another date of after 15 days to get it deliver. So to conclude they have taken one and half month to deliver. And let's hope they deliver after one and half month, coz I know again they are going to confirm another delivery date..
Don't waste your time purchasing from here.!!!

No one is lifting the calls at least .So, I have raised a case in consumer court for making us wait for long days and for not providing the exact support number.
TOLD in Response that shared the details of warehouse where i can collect but not shared anything. I know this is not the platform to ask but customer care is already dead. No one answers the call and wont reply to emails even.
Tell me the location where the product is..
No one is lifting the call. and this could be the final call now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It seems they have accepted bulk orders from HCL out of their capacity. Placed an order around 40 days back still they are unable to deliver the product in Noida itself. No one from the customer support responds. So unprofessional. Will never recommend to anyone.
Edit: Finally received my order today. This company needs to work on the customer support department a lot. Thanks Tofarch anyways.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had ordered table and chair through hcl on jan 20 got the delivery almost after 2 months were in one of the part (chair base) went missing, tried calling customer support its waste of time as there will not be any responce from them and through mail it will be the same that they won't respond

Complaint was raised on behalf of me and from then again there is no response and I have been chasing the complainant desk it's being 10 days that a complaint has been logged and only a PDF of how to fiz the chair is there in that
Which is not at all informative when there is part missing how can we fix the chair with out the part and

Attached images here as well. Sent Images and other information on whats app and mail. There is no reply from your team, they are online on whats app read your messages but they dont reply

I visited their showroom/office @Noida and ordered one office table. They sent an unwrapped, dirty table and with lots of defects. There were mutiple screw holes on the table board which were not even filled. After contacting their, so called, showroom manager Mr. Soumya (who is sweet as honey) promises me to replace the table, never contacted nor entertained after contacting multiple times.
Nevertheless, their prices are comparative with top-notch (Howarth, Godrej, Durian etc.) in the industry.
Not recommended for anyone, even for small companies.

Thanks for your reply ! Yes I purchased this table after visiting your shop. What was shown to me, was defect free table and what I received is, dirty and defected table with multiple screw holes (Refer the pictures). Shared these pictures on whatsapp after discussion with Mr. Soumya. After that, I contacted multiple times, but no further positive response. Nevertheless, table is never replaced.
I can't think, this is professionalism what you are talking in your response/reply.
