★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No fast tag facility, when we are giving double tolls if we don't have fast tag at other tolls, they are still taking toll in case, no fine on such toll plazas not having the facility, government need to think. It's one sided, where only public need to pay fines.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely long and painful queues. At least earlier they had some tag lanes and some cash lanes and some exempt lanes (used when u pay in advance for to and fro trip).. But now every single thing is a cash lane! And Fastag doesn't work here coz its a state toll bit a national one. In this day and age why have they gone back to operating only on cash!!!
The toll fee has also been DOUBLED from what it was in pre corona days ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worstly managed toll, with high traffic congestions and delay during office hours. Tag lane is mostly full of non-tag cars. No online facility to recharge the tag and no option to complaint for the rude behavior and mismanagement of staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don’t accept fast tag, and the movement is often slow . The only point of appreciation is that they have employment opportunities to young ladies who work in collection booths??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are not able to manage crowd, mismanagement can be seen during peak hours almost on daily basis. They only have 2 tags lane and that also been used for cash transaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are enough toll booths here and hence mostly the lines are manageable.
You can buy return journey passes here so that you get a discount if you are planning to return the same day.
Fastag doesn't work here and hence that's a problem.
Also there are lot of monkeys who keeps playing in the toll booths. Be careful to keep your windows rolled up to avoid a monkey getting inside your car.
