★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pathetic place. Just have 2 lanes from each side. A marginal increase in traffic also causes jams. Very slow and unfriendly staff. Moreover autowalas who ply locally poses a very big problem as the do not mind Q and try to evade it. Which causes chaos and disruptive traffic movement. Authorities must look into the matter at earliest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not any customer support. For the fare of 45 rs for a return journey i gave a note of Rs100 . He gave me the receipt and a note of Rs50 , when i asked him to give Rs5 more then he aswered sorry but i dont have change you must collect while returning so i agreed. In almost 3 to 4 hours i returned back to the same place . In that cabin behind whom the man was taking the fare i asked him that you have Rs 5 more just cross check with the man sitting behind you, then he aswered that at 3 pm the shift changes you must collect the amount from the person whom you received the receipt from. Then i realised that from now onwards either i will do payment digitally or just give them the change from my side. If anybody going to cross it, just make sure that you give them the whole change or do any digital payment. Because for them its Rs 5 but internally i know that if they make Rs 5 just from each vehicle than nay be cross Rs 1000 a day which is a big amount . Warning : be careful
