★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Though I lived in this quarter since a year, this place is really need a good construction and supervision. Its condition is such that it could be Collapse any time. It's really need maintenance. Everytime there are some construction oriented work are Continuing,that One can see from outside, but at the end result is a big zero.
Today 16th July 2020 i am reviewing again, attaching some photos, see how desperate those outsiders. They are openly drinking alcohol in this government housing complex. And this is not only today, everyday they used to do so. No one is here to protest them and there are no security guard in the front gate of housing. This is like a open pleace to do all disgusting work, specially from evening to night.
A strict low and order should be imposed in this recidencial complex.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is adjacent to Golf green club. A residential complex for central gov employees. Type I , Type II and Type III quarters for Central gov employees are available here. Total approx 300 quarter is here resulting approx 1500 people residing in this complex. Place is good. CGHS Health care center is also located in one of the building at ground floor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is very dirty and many of the buildings aren't maintained at all. Some are half broken and some buildings have huge hips of garbage beside it, still people are staying like that. It doesn't look like a government quarter as many government quarters are well maintained.

The area of the quarter in not clean, but cghs clinic is clean and protected.
