★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad quality product is one thing and bad service is another thing# Very disappointing experience with Tommy stores staff at Oberoi mall. I bought 2 t shirts n when i went to exchange it the other day as it was dirty, none of the staff was interested to assist, they only focus when you go to buy something, follow up of service n clients is of no importance for them. We also ended up paying extra Rs 300 to them as it was an exchange, they were just not ready to show more tshirts which we could buy. Too harsh n unexpected for these times,,,,TOMMY HILFIGER IS ANYONE LISTENING
