Bought 2 jeans from Elante mall.
Took them to Tommy showroom in MBD Ludhiana for alternation on 14th Feb. i was told it will be ready tomorrow.
Went to the showroom on 18th feb for collection. Was disappointed to find out that my jeans were still lying there unattended.
No compensation for my wasted time.

Never, came across such rude behaviour from MNC.

I asked them for jean of my specific size and design but they didn't respond well.
They make your experience so worse that you will feel regret why you went to this store...
