★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am sharing my experience at the Pandurangapuram outlet, which was earlier called Cheap and Best. It's better to get a haircut done at a local saloon. They would do a better job and probably behave better than the so called Top Stylist at this place. They also charge gst on top of the amount shown on their rate list, and when you ask for the gst bill, they would not provide. They rather refund you the GST amount. So it looks like they are also not paying GST to the officials. If any GST official is reading this, please take a note.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They did the worst haircut, and apparently that was their “top” stylist. This is not the first time they screwed up my haircut and when I questioned the hairstylist, he kept arguing pointlessly. Very bad service, and the employees don’t speak Telugu or English, so I don’t know how they expect the locals here to communicate with them. This branch is a disgrace to the brand of Toni and Guy.
