★ ★ ★ ★ ★ She is very irresponsible, non-punctual, careless, not available at the time of emergency. Her staff is too arrogant, impolite, illiterate.
There is no adherence to COVID protocols & there is no privacy as she calls 5-6 patients in her cabin at a time.

ABOUT THE STAFF
The staff was not rude but not polite even. Still better than doctor.
ABOUT DOCTOR AND MAINTENANCE
1. The doctor is never on time. Alwayz need to wait for hours for check up.
2. Seats are also not nicely maintained.
3. The doctor doesn't hv basic manners even.
Disrespect patients, ready to grab money,
doesn't treat well.
4. She treated poorly. She wz giving painkiller injections instead of treating the disease.
This is my personal experience. Moreover, she behave differently with different patients..They need to understand that your degree is jzt a piece of paper, your education is seen in your behaviour.
You will get to know her true sides after some dayz of treatment. Worst experience. Will not recommend to visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr.Toolika one of the best gynaecologist in Saharanpur. Care is the key feature of Dr.Toolika Nursing Home. She is very polite and experienced. Staff is very supportive and cooperative. Glad to say that Dr.Toolika filled our life with great joy and happiness. I would genuinely recommend.
Room and washroom were too clean and proper cleaning was to be done after every 2-3 hours.
After delivery we get the best support from Dr.Mahesh also.
