★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Might be they are good with their products but not good with their customer dealing. Guards sitting on gates will not let you enter in premises even if you have an appointment. No coordination of Staff, Receptionist will entertain you only on phone. Not bothered about customer from where he is coming and how he is coming. Mr Sandeep from dispatch branch will not entertain you meeting with Customers depends on moods of staff. Burned 2k fuel from Mohali to Ludhiana to see some products but very disappointed with their behaviours.
