They have the most cheap and disgusting quality of furniture, our sofas’ legs started breaking within 3-4 months, the fabric is of the cheapest quality and to top all of that they have the worst ever customer service. They do not care at all about their customers after they’ve sold the stuff. They take no responsibility what do ever and won’t even get the problem fixed. I warn everybody else to beware of them and never go to a big name but bad service shop like them.

I had very bad experience with Topaz furniture.
I had purchase Recliner chair for my hospital on 20 th February 2022 and at that time they were committed me and to complete deliver my chair within 35 working days 20th March but they were taken time almost 52 days around 6 th April .
After delivered within 7 days that leg raise broken and for that I had complain and call for servicing which i have to deserve to solve but till today 09/05/2022 it is not solved and each and every time they have on the spot excuse ready .
Not to buy Any products from Topaz
They all are not trustable. after delivery they are not bother to solve our problems and not providing any services .
