★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience is a bit weird. This might be the best company to work... I too found cleanliness and well organized employees over there.. I had interviewed there, they asked me to send some documents which I did. They told me that the concerned person is not present right now, once he'll be back they will discuss my offer and would send me accordingly. But then suddenly they rejected me saying that they have got more technically strong profiles. I feel you should not go this far if you feel the candidate is not that strong... It unnecessarily waste yours as well as candidate's time.
