★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today i personally visited bill collection centre at navdeep house, income tax, ahmedabad. Machine was not working, so the person sitting over there rejects my bill. He was totally dependent on machine. Even he was not intrested to give me the answer when it will be fine and i can pay my bill. I dont want to give any star for this service but if i dont choose any star i will not able to share my experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ they closed to collect money from van in past 3 or 4 months . So they opened a online portal and it will charging you 8 to 9% for bill paying online , paytm also charges some percentage and billdesk gateway also , on debitcard. So i am filling that bill in one visit for my health , i am walking from my home to the torrent power for paying up bill.

Let me bring it to your notice that this center never works on time.i happened to be there by 10:45 am this morning but it was still closed when asked the watchman he said it will open by 11am.please note office working hours are not mentioned anywhere outside the building,
I then called up Torrent power helpline and asked what time does this collection center open.? I was shocked to know that officially the centre should open by 9am.so i registered a complaint hoping they will take some action.!
