There is an untrained assistant who burned my hair with straightner
Also they asked me to pay 1000 extra of the decided amount in the name of some non sense shine booster
But still dont have any shine in my hair
They become more dull
Also my half of the hair are smoothen and half of the hair are looking worst,they have not done it in a proprer way
When I called them after first wash they are blaming the shampo but not ready to accept that they have made my hair horrible
