★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic experience. Liars and Cheats running a complete sham. This is a subsidiary of "Career Innovators" and the office has no markings or name as "Tour Innovators". I decided to opt for a consultancy as there was an issue the first time I tried to apply for my mother's passport. I was corresponding with one Ms. Teena Jain from the beginning till the end. Once I contacted her the lady constantly pestered me to provide my mother's documents to her, and suggested that a newspaper advertisement be given to attach with the new application. This was all so bizzare and hence I shut it down. I don't have access to the previous file number and so she stated the charges would be 3500 with the penalty and everything. I figured it's all right to pay a little extra money and get the work done. After providing her the documents electronically and her ensuring that the work would be done, I decided to visit the office. Once I reached the office, had a final word with her she quoted the price as 9500 Indian rupees. When I reminded her of the telephonic conversation we had previously, she conveniently said that they don't give any information over the phone. This is cheating and duping of the highest order. Such establishments must be shut down immediately to protect people from scams!

Most importantly, they got the work done much before the time they had committed in our earlier discussions. They have true professional and experienced team.
