★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Central Government Residential Accommodation is built by NBCC (Navratrna Company) but it's quality and maintenance are very poor. Peoples reside here due to compulsion of their Government Services. Residents are compulsorily shifted to this place which is still not completed and nor hygienic. Today one girl expired due to dengue. Who is responsible, all are obeying orders and shifted their responsibility to others. Very sad condition. This place is harmful due to its location nothing else.
After residing for 2 years , construction work of all towers were completed and every Govt servant and public wants to reside here due to its location and look of multi storey buildings. Everyone wants to upgrade their living standards and this place provides them society. But quality of construction is still very poor but NBCC had arranged certificate for its quality construction. Maintenance staff are also not qualified for its deployment. Since these accommodations are different from other Govt quarters and it’s locality is good so Govt employees wants to reside here. In my views after some more time this residential complex society is more demanding. Wishes for Godspeed.
