Very clean and properly managed premises. required security is also available. one of the proudly business address for corporates.

Less secured
Charges for parking
Crowded place hence there should be proper arrangements for security check. They don't have that large entrance so it's not possible for them I guess.

Taking high fandu interviews and want candidate to come on a salary like 20k who is currently getting 40k

They had my documents whr my expectations are mentioned.
Then taking that Excel test for that BPO work
And interview timing are 10pm to 11:30pm approx mid night.
And they will shemlessly offer you 20k and will not pick the calls after that
No night shift allowance
No pick-up drop
Be aware of two women over ther one is Sussen and second don't remember the name( complimentary with sussen)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are positive and negative points both, so WTC has lot many companies within its 5 towers nd to my knowledge there is one more being added to the grid each tower has 9 floors. The ambience is quite amazing and moreover feels quite professional. Tho the infrastructure feels to be of low quality, The washrooms are hygienic and soo r the staff members. XDBS, TIAA, CIRCLE OF CRUST, MEDICAL ID etc or some of the companies, ICiCi bank and hdfc can be found there as well. For eateries there is starbucks, subway, bunkers, pizza hut, Aluna, Fly high etc there were more like FML etc but maybe coz of high rent and low crowd they are closed down . Entries and exits are well secured . Emergency systems like ceiling water sprinklers or fire sprinklers seem to be working too. There are 4 lifts in each tower out of which ig 2 support generator backup .
Wtc itself is a landmark in kharadi so i dont feel like explaining its location, tho whole of it looks quite satisfactory. The whole of it is made on a slope soo the engineers and architects have dine a great job if designing it since tower 2 which is at the top if the slope has 4 levels of parking, which means if u have a company that has a reserved parking at parking level 4 or B4 u need to go 4 floors down nd 4 floors up. While tower 4 has a direct exit from parking level 4 since it is tge the lowest point if slope.
The shades of the glass used for exterior of WTC is wise and beautiful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome place to work. Convenient location, but traffic is a huge issue to reach there from Pune city and suburbs. Huge range of restaurants, pubs, canteens. Even if you don’t work here can enjoy food and pubs. All n all it’s nice place ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well maintained offices. Tight security. Everyone needs verification before entering. Keep your work and government IDs with you. It’s a huge space. It also has some good restaurants and bars on the ground floor.
