★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the tower in SDS NRI Residency, which is neglected by builder for maintenance. Lifts, cleaning are in very poor conditions. Dogs are reaching to highest floor and spread the bins put outside the flats. Builder should take care and give importance to every owner or tenant of the society.
