I will tell what happened to me. I joined the toxsl in November 2019 for python training (6 months), I have paid 30k for the training. After 5 months in March due to lock down I had to go to my home place. So, I was not able to collect the certificate and later in October 2020 I went there to collect it and they were like we don't have your data in our system. I was like I have all the proofs like ID card, Reciept, notebooks from the company, whatsapp group in which I was added, etc. still they are like we don't have your data in our system. They just say the same thing that we don't have your data we can't do anything, I even talked to the new training manager firstly he said that we don't have your data then he said we must have called you after 2-3 months of your training to get the certificate but you didn't respond. Firstly, I didn't get any call from them and secondly if they don't have my data how did they call me??. I write mails to them daily regarding this but no response from them. And when I call them and ask okay at least tell me the next steps to get my certificate, and they are being just like a parrot repeating same thing that we don't have your data and all...
I just want my certificate for which I have paid 30k which is not a small amount..
Similar happened with my friend also..
