★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor quality of toy, functional issues with new product , no support on replacment or repairing the toy properly. Gave the toy twice for reparing with no sucess. Wierd experience wrt to the cost and service of the product !! Waste of money, would not prefer again or recomend anyone!!
Product is stearing wheel remote control car (red colour) which was collected yst from your shop after some repair work. Same issue again.

You may feels so that it is a bit overpriced but in the end you will be satisfied with the quality of the product. Excellent after sale service is also a thing to appreciate. You will surely end up paying for quality here.

Thank you very much for the existence of this service, so that toys continuly be used without being thrown away, which is also in line with the world's environmental protection.

Would highly recommend visiting this store instead of buying online. The store also does home deliveries in and around Pune

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son's RC car which was bought outside India had a damage and missing remote.. Toy world is a unique place where they also repair and have skilled technicians.. Murtaza helped find me another older remote as that frequency wasn't matching with the stock ones. The car works perfectly now.. It's a joy to know such excellent service still exists..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heard about this 100+ years old toy shop from a friend. Good collection of toys and children's books. Personally l felt it is little overpriced, but on the good side we get to see n buy variety of toys under one roof. Attendent was polite and helpful.
Being a fan of puzzles, I was expecting some good puzzles for grown-ups, but I was disappointed. Other than Rubic cube, I didnt see much. :(
