★ ★ ★ ★ ★ do not take the job in these japanese company as they have no system , worst hr policy , worst management and too much cuts and caps in your ctc like they offer 6.5 lakhs ctc and on hand you will 4.8 lakhs per annum. medical policy premium is also cut from your salarty. i would suggest to not join the company . for fresher you can try but for middle level and top level proffesional do not try. waste of time and waste of money
