★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of my favorite Toy Shop. The ground floor is arranged on focus for infants and kids up to age 4-5. The First floor is full of toys for all ages - books to electronics. Everytime I visit my H.O in Indira Nagar, I visit this shop and buy something.
On the price side, I would say the items are a bit over priced. The place is not crowded, having a good collection of toys for all ages. If you visit in teh late evenings, probably you wont get much support from the staff, most probably no one will be there in first floor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great store with lots of variety available for baby items let it be toys, cloths, pram, stroller etc. Would recommend this if someone is looking for baby shop. However various display toys were not working. We really liked a dog toys and unfortunately both were defective. Parking could be an issue in peak our. Accepts card, cash and upi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff behavior towards customers is worst, very rude, some crayons cover was open and the staff was asking kids if they have opened it, when all the while one of the staff member was following us. This is not the way to behave with customers. They don't even have proof who have done it. I don't expect the owner to take feedback positively as there are many comments before on how rude the staff were. We have brought around 2500 worth of toys.we should have rather paid those 100 bugs, instead of patiently waiting for them to prove their point.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shop have all the varieties of toys for different age groups, but staffs behaviour towards customers especially male staff was rude. Yesterday we bought foot ball board game for Rs 2100 and requested him to check whether all the parts and manual for assembly were there or not, he was so reluctant to show us anything and his behaviour was like if you want take it Otherwise get lost.... We were compelled to buy that product since our child was crying for the same and only one piece was there. When we opened the packet at home there was no instruction manual and no sufficient screws was there in the box. When i asked if there is any issues can we return/ replace thr item he told very rudely that there is no guarantee for their product... If you bought over.... No choice for us....... Not at all recommended this shop......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have a wide range of toys, clothes and other kids items. They have three floors full of products and the place is very spacious and well organised. Quality of the toys is also good. Moderate prices I would say.
Staff are not very friendly and responsive. One guy just kept following us but didn’t help us much. If you ask something, he would just say it’s not available..wouldn’t even try to show something similar or suggest anything better. Customers wouldn’t feel welcome with such staff.. it’s a kids store..the staff should be cheerful and friendly and if possible be friend with the kids to make them smile. That would be my advice to the management.
Overall, it was a good experience shopping here..will visit again!
