Hello Friends! I am back with my reviews after a long time this time with a very bad experience and will begin the story without wasting much time. 2days ago I purchased a baby walker (Panda Brand) from this shop wort Rs1550 Rs 50 extra I paid compare to online prices in faith that why online portal should earn, let's local shop owner directly earn but it back fire on me there are two reasons of it. 1. The product I took without any check and found that it's not a fresh it seems that it's a second hand product figure out from the blackish line near seat area, near panda and from front line. I said let it be may be it is because of keeping this product in display so I ignored it. 2. Secondly, after two days when my baby is not even ready to play she was crying when ever I put her in walker. It's appear that she doesn't want to play in it. So after 2days I went to return it but this shop owner is not listening if we buy product online we have an options to return the product in 10 days. I convinced him and told that it's not useful for me as my baby is not playing otherwise why would I return the product but he is not even ready to listen. As I didn't have a habit of arguing and doing zig zig I come back with requesting him for 2-3 times and finally decided to put up the review so that other people get aware of it and didn't buy any product from this shop. I had a bad experience from this shop this product and the shop owner. Request you people to avoid this shop for the further purches. Thank you! Response to your reply! 1. Dear yes it's a basic habit everyone should have to check and do research about prices and the product. I totally agree that I have done research online otherwise I could have ended up buying this product at higher price when I asked for the price you nearly quatoted this price at Rs 2100 or Rs2400 if I have not mentioned that I am getting the same product on Flipkart Amazon at 1500 with 5% additional discount for using credit card you have not negotiate on the price agreed Rs 1550. (Check my previous comment why I was ready to pay extra). Thank you for mentioning the online mindset now each and everyone who are going through this review will check prices online then they will turn to your shop for the purches this is how you cut down your profit margins in first go. (I doubt any would dare to come to your shop after reading this comment if not 100% at least 70% of them will surely not come). Guys, please do research of the prices before buying the product so that you will not end up paying huge amount as there are almost 50-100% margins depends on the product. 2. As you mentioned that I could have bring my 7month old baby to try your products (a big lol on it). My kid is just 7 month old and in this rainy season and Covid-19 pandamic do you thing it's feasible and practical again you fail here by mentioned this. Its show how much you care about your customer. Guys! again here online portal gets points as we have a option to return the product within 10 days and this shops fail here. 3. Dear business grows with loyalty and trust if you have remember I have said that don't you want a business from me in future and you clearly said no then why would I will come in future and make purchases from your shop. 4. You have to worry because not only here on Google review but also through mouth publicity, face book review what's app forward in local group here in big society like Lake Town, Mahalaxmi and all near by local area this review is getting forwarded. I just lost Rs1550 but imagine how much business you are going to lose in future because of this. Understand if that products was useful to me then I would not have come for return. Thank You! I really felt bad that's why I wrote this review and thank you for making me and other people realise that buy products online and don't think of local shops. (Check my previous comment the reason I thought of going local shop (for the benefit of you people only) but you disappointed me).

Rude owner,with high budget and low quality of toys,,soch as Pokemon cards,uno,etc.no garranty no returns
