★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever. No one receives the call even though the bell rings continously. Every time there is a power disconnection for 4-5 hours at night in my area gosaninuagaon, berhampur. I don't understand what type of engineers are on job.

Noone bothers ... when someone pick up the helpline they refuse to log complaints or log tickets... people suffers the most.
Service needs to be improved... Overtake of Tata power losses it's reputation if such things continues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tata Power getting into Odisha is a dream come true after the end of Tata Steel in Gopalpur. This merger or acquisition with Odisha Government is helpful for both employees and consumers but the existing employees of SOUTHCO have the same track record of corruption and corrections. Now after you have taken over those existing employees, it's more important to make them learned about products, services and customer services to sustain or lay them off from services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Office staff &officers are co-operative, but nowadays people's are harassed by company, the rules are very hard for people they've suffered in the both waves of corona, the longer lockdown earnings is low business humper a lot, henceforth liberal for customers who have suffered please give themselves an chance or notice before 15 days to pay their bills,for part payment atleast 50%of Bill amount.
