★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have purchased a Montra Mad rock bicycle from Track and Trail store Cuttack but on the very next day the stand of the bicycle was broken. I had approached the Track and Trail cycle store but they didn't respond. They simply said they are just selling the bicycle which is supplied by the company.I don't know they are authorized dealer or not but I feel they are just cheating the customer. Service is also very poor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During purchase Some sound was coming .they said its new bicycle so sound is coming and it will be adjusted as days pass on. On reaching home ( just 2 km ) the Cup Cover near paddle came out. after 2 day follow it got repaired and for which had to pay the transportation cost and the staff was asking for additiondl 50rs as his labour cost. Not happy with the level of service they provide
