★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst ever experience as a customer. Their stock is very limited. They say they'll take care of the servicing for free of cost for the first two months. I experienced something horrible.
I had some issues with the disc brake of montra downtown I purchased. Instead of cleaning the rotors and brake pads, they simply tried to bend the rotors at the very 1st attempt. That's horrible.
They have no infrastructure to service premium bicycles. Their mechanics are just average fitters of the cycles, and they know nothing about service protocols of premium products.
Lastly, their behaviour is pathetic.
A complete disappointment as a customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience ever. Hands down. Terrible terrible service. I bought a Rohn (Hercules) cycle for 7k. It's been 3 months since I've purchased it, in those 3 months I've visited cycle repair shops 6 times, it lost all its color, fade and the iron started to rust, the chain falls down as soon as I accelerate. The service has been beyond awful, they don't pick up calls and when they do they behave arrogantly.
I don't usually post reviews on Google but I'll just say one thing to anyone who wants to buy a cycle :
NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS PLACE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will give three stars at this store because although their behavior is perfect but I am very displeased that they told me that the cycle will be delivered by a truck at my doorstep but at the day when it arrived to my house I saw that the truck was not there instead I saw one of the mechanic was driving my cycle and arrived. I then asked him that from you drove from. He told me that he came from bentick street. Paid rupees 300 for delivery by truck. I asked them to return the money paid. So think before you go there. Yes, they have a good cycle stock but I am telling you to take your own decision. Ordered a single speed roadeo cycle.
