★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It took 6 days to deliver parcel at their Swarget, Pune, Maharashtra office from Rajkot, Gujrat. It must deliver at my address in 2 days. And that also staff was not much interested in giving me mt parcel. Guy told me to come later as he don't have parcel, where their website tracking showing it is in their office. I told him I will wait here only, then after 10 min, he searched for it and give it to me.
And don't even try their Phone numbers, they don't answer calls. I was calling from 3 days continuesly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish if there is 0 star option is here so I can give big 0 for your courier service.. very bad & pathetic service they will take 300 RS for urgent delivery from Varanasi to Pune and told in 2 days you can got delivery it's almost 5 days now no parcel recieved by my customer and no updates available on net for its tracking no. It's really worst courier service in India it should be banned. Before that I faced issues for 2 times with this courier company in Pune there staff is very iresponsible they are not interested in deliver product on time either they are more interested in return that product to vendor.. very bad courier and very bad service never go for it..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My sister send me Rakhi from Nashik on 10th Aug, received at Swarget Trackon office on 12th Aug as per online status. Now Rakshbandhan has over today 16th Aug and till date i have not received the courier. The contact number are not in working condition. Very worst service please don't send your courier by Trackon any how. They are not liable to give a single star but i can't post this message w/o giving star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible services. The customer care executives are literally arrogant. Pathetic service. False promises. Never make a home delivery. While taking order , they promise the customer to make home delivery. From the local office, they threaten the customer to pick up the parcel from their office stating that they would return the parcel.
I am working abroad. I made an order through amazon, a toy for my daughter. They didnt deliver despite they are obliged to.
Pathetic service...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Service. I have sent parcel to Nagpur by speed post on Monday. Its thursday now, till it is not delivered. The amount taken for speed post is also not refunded. Tracon is very Poor Courier service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service, i asked the guy (Mahesh - Patil Plaza office guy) to pick my 20kg box from Kochi, Kerala & to get delivered in Pune. I did follow-up 4 days continuously to confirm that box is picked up or not. After 4 days parcel was not collected nor we received any call. Later on Mahesh stopped receiving my call, never called back. finally i bought my parcel by other courier service.
Staff is very poor & not co-operative. Mahesh dont have sense to speak with client, his mouth is always filled with Tobaccos & Gutkha while speaking with customer also.
Not at all recommendable, dont waste your time with track-on, there are so many good courier agencies better than this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HOPE LESS, WORST, DIRT COURIER SERVICE. After reaching Courier at Pune also still they have not delivered courier after 10 days also. They will give different phone no., behave as they are toooo much busy. I get all couriers on my address, but they have updated in their tracking as No such person. They will not pick up call at all. Worst worst service. Don't prefer it at all.
