★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst after sales service... Bought a brand new cycle 2 months ago.. The freewheel is found to be defective...And the cycle has stopped working.. Now they are charging me Rs. 700 for replacement, whereas the local cycle repair shop just repaired it for Rs. 50...This cycle shop belongs to someone , which had a very good name in earlier times,but now I have lost trust.. Advice you to think twice and buy it from a more trusted places..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Will NEVER recommend this place. Most horrible service and they have sold us a defective cycle and now refuse to take it back. We went back to them a day after we purchased the cycle but they wouldn't help us and made us go to 3 different places to get it repaired. They made us change tyres of my brand new cycle. After getting frustrated we spoke to the owner who very slyly replied that he is going to close the shop as people don't work properly and then smirked. I think he should take is own comment seriously and SHUT his shop. I regret buying a cycle from Track & Trail. Horrible customer service and defective cycles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was traveling in that area and saw Track and Trail shop. As i was looking for Cycle for my Kid and me i found some good collection of Cycles for my Kid . I was looking for Hybrid Large Size but unfortunately nothing available in Mumbai.
But they have good range of collection for Kids cycle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Careful! I had been a customer for years and was thinking this as a good place for new cycles, service and repairs. But my latest experience was very bad. I got replaced both tube and tyre of my bicycle two months back with brand new ones. Opted for a costly tyre as they said it's imported and very good, but gave some reduction saying that it belongs to last lot (INR 1200/-). The tube went bad first in a couple of days. When approached, no concession was given but replaced paying for another one again. It was found the nosstle of tube failed, which is manufacturing defect obviously. After two months the tyre developed crack. Though I raised this case with management, no major consideration was given. I spent more than two tyres cost in making 3 trips and for transport. Only consession received was a INR 200/-on new tyre. Not happy with the quality of spares and dealing with customers like me.
