★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nobody picks calls on landline and mobile. Even no callbacks when their number comes busy. My important consignment has been lying with them since morning 9:17 am and no botheration from them to pick the call. Also there is no email id of their office.
Third class service. I will never use their services again. DTDC fedex is better.
