Dear Ms Minakshi,
Greetings...!!!
Just spoken with Ms Ramiza at first she has told that yet courier is not received in mumbai office, i am unable to understand if the courier has been returned from nagpur on 2nd feb 18 then today it is 4th and yet not received in Mumbai are your courier is using Bullockart for delivery as it is taking too much time.
I have asked Ms Ramiza to transfer the call to Ms Prajyoti but she has not transfered the call and after shouting on her she has told the i will ask Minakshi Mam to look in to the matter, Nor you have replied my mail since morning.
I think you team is careless on Customer Service Kindly take necessary action on such employee who is runing your Brand image.
And i want revert ASAP why your nagpur team has not cantacted on my mobile and simly returned my courier to Mumbai
Either they are not getting mobile allowence or Your courier guy is hopeless and not doing the job properly and simply refusing the courier by not visiting to the delivery adress.
Cc :- Customer care team Since yesterday i have not get revert from you, It seems you people are also careless and simply sitting in your office and making fool to your Management.

Pathetic Courier service by your Team, For courier it takes 3 to 4 days time maximum 5 or 6 to reach the destination but very sad to say your courier has taken 7 day to reach the destination and surprisingly your Nagpur team has refunded the consignment to the place from where it has been sent.
I have called today your nagpur office and a lady have informed me that the courier has been sent back to mumbai as we have not find the address on the courier how careless is your nagpur team they have not called me or the person who has send it as both the no was mentioned on the courier.
I have asked her to call mumbai office and ask them to send the courier back but she refused and told you call and speak with them and she has disconnected the phone.
Note:- Request you to forward the courier from mumbai to nagpur (Mumbai Team)
Your Pathetic Staff is Ruining your Brand Image. Kindly take necessary action.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They dont deliver the parcels, every time i have to pick the parcel from office, it shows out for delivery but it is never delivered. How can it be out for delivery for 20 days. U have to keep calling and they say u have to pick the parcel from ajni office. So unprofessional and cheap service. Employees dont have sense to talk.

Guys don't trust them with your items this courier service is pathetic and down graded. Don't send even small items from these services leave alone expensive ones. They steal your items.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely pathetic outfit. Nobody should go here, otherwise you fall in their trap. Parcels are not delivered for weeks, even to Mumbai. Personnel at both ends don't respond to calls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst place to book your courier in Nagpur. They don’t respond to your calls, they won’t deliver your parcel in time. They will simply turn off their phone and keep making fake promises. Don’t make the mistake of booking your parcels with them. Oh did I forget the rude replies too.
