This is my 2nd bad experience with Trackon Courier. Infact it is not a courier service as you have to reach to their office to collect parcel. They will simply call and say 'out of delivery area'.. that's it! After this either you collect parcel yourself or it will be returned. To add to the agony, they say 'aapko city me rehna chahiye' and this company decides whether your area falls under city area or not...Jaipur Nagar Nigam is useless here!
In their very introduction they have used a word 'VERSATILE' but I am sure they have not checked its meaning in dictionary before using it!
On arguing with office supervisor, she argues with you without any proper reasoning for non-delivery of parcels.
I will ensure that none of my family/friends or office people fall in trap of this so called 'One Day Delivery TRACKON Courier Service! Highly Disappointed!!?
