★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst courier service. I sent my courier from Delhi to Gurgaon with complete details including mobile number of recipient and sender. Only thing missing was the sector. But address had the pin code and all complete details. Still my courier was marked as returned with reason incomplete address. The delivery boy did not bother to call the sender or the recipient and neither did he check the Sector through pin code mentioned. Moreover, when i was tracking my courier, the status was not updated since more than 8 hours.. Pathetic service. I will never recommend trackon.. When i called customer care, i was told that i wiuld receive the courier back at tje booking office and booking office told me i would have to pay again for this courier.. a complete wastage of my time and money !! It’s all the mistake of courier company.. had the latest tracking details been available i could have tracked the status and could have contacted and save my time and money.. but they did not bother to contact the sender or recipient and neither did they update the status..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to give remarks in negative. This courier service is pathetic, it holds parcels to them for 2-3days and dont deliver even their staff doesn't take calls. I would like to take action against them. Can anyone advise the way to do so. My parcel is with them and they are not delivering to address given. Even their address is not correct.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They didn't deliver my PAN card and marked it for return to NSDL Mumbai. Even didn't bother to call me and commented that my address was incomplete or wrong. I noticed it on tracking and hurriedly collected from their Azadpur office. Even then the attitude was such that they instructed me to collect it from their Azadpur office by 5pm, else it would be packed back to the sender. Worst experience with them. Why doesn't NSDL use India Post Speed post service?
