★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely unprofessional. In our case, they simply kept the consignment to their custody for days. All their contact numbers available online were found to be either wrong or unresponsive. Ultimately we had to collect it from their office that took a great deal of effort. After that, they cunningly updated the status resembling a normal delivery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being such a recognized courier service provider it's an utter disgrace to see your office working like this.
They keep their phone numbers switched off, then the consignment lies with them for many days and then they simply ask the customer to come to their office and collect the same due to "load of work".
No matter how much is your work load you can't ask the customer to come by and collect a order. You never know how much the customer paid for delivery charges to the sender for receiving their consignment. Simply stating that is very wrong.
There are numerous reviews of people too you can see for yourself in the google maps. The people are tired of this behavior.
We don't want you to take any strict action against the branch, at times the consignment is delivered on time but instances like this is highly unprofessional. We all understand all days are not good but making it a habit is bad. In this era you should focus on customer satisfaction.
Please install a helpline or something so that customer can get immediate remedy instead of calling for hours and not a single call being received.
If that is also not possible then please let me know, I will inform the sender not to prefer trackon courier for delivery next time.
If possible do revert.
