I booked my package on 18 Oct and shipment arrived on 24th October at main hub of receiver address then they said me there is no service in your area .If there was no service in that locality then why you booked my shipment.

Got the number of delivery agent but not received a single call, no reply on msg.
Head office wants me to receive my parcel from Meerut office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a pathetic courier services my package of NSDL PAN arrived on 1 Feb 2022 and there is no update by them nor looking interested in delivery of my package...they have easily wasted 7 days at meerut branch and their contact no of landline is always busy.. what is the use of delivery from mumbai to meerut in 3 days by their head office when local hub keeps on waiting.. complaint to income tax department as well their head office what's wrong with them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. Delivery staff is very unprofessional and think that customers are fool so they cook other stories for delay of services. This company needs to be closed so that no one can suffer due to their attitude. Why have you opened this company when you are unable to provide the services. Please close this so that nobody can use this and you guys can easily take rest by not performing your responsibilities.
