not even delivered it to my house. Is this a courier service?? Worst.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. It has been 3 weeks since I couriered my parcel and it has not yet been delivered. I'm tryi g to follow up with the courier services, but they do not seem to bother much.
I woupd never recommend this courier service. Any one reading this. PLEASE FIND ANOTHER COURIER SERVICE FOR YOUR GOODS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't even deserve a single star. Very very poor service. First thing they did not deliver my parcel on time and I had to go to their office to collect my parcel and people here they have very rude attitude towards customers. They made me feel like they were doing UPKAR on me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I sent some documents it through Trackon. Its been hold at my nearest hub which is like 20Km far away from my place , and the status was showing out for delivery to some unknown road which I've never heard of . I waited few days (approx 10 days).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service possible. I have a long experience of courier services, and this is the worst, most unprofessional and discourteous one I have come across. Extremely late and even then they won't deliver at address but tell us to get package from them, disgusting. Absolutely unprofessional enterprise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First day told me different price on call and when I went there they ask me for more moneythey have very bad delivery service because I send a photo frame and I already mentioned that it is a photo frame andstill when my friend receive the photo frame it was totally broken and the delivery service was very very bad also the delivery tracking was also notthe delivery tracking said that it is still in transit but that I'm already got delivered so it was surprising and unexpectedwhich was ok that they delivered before time but it was formerly friends birthday so it so my surprise gift delivered before birthday if I would have known by checking the delivery trackingso I would have already convinced all plant something but delivery tracking was not working which was also frustrating for me
