★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They dont deliver to your door step. They will call you at their office to pick you parcel. If we are paying you for this you should deliver it. They sometimes dont even call you that there is a parcel for you.

Here, I have to make a special mention of Mr Neeraj Binwal who was so polite, courteous and obliging and promptly sorted out the issue.
