★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst kind of idiots are running this courier company in Motihari. What they do simply is call the customer and ask them to come and collect their consignment. If you ask them to deliver it to your place, since that is what a courier company is supposed to do, they rudely respond that the item will be returned. Never have seen such unprofessional service from a courier company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service. They do not deliver product at home. We have to go to their office to get our parcel. They ask for money to give our product and threaten to us that if we do not give them money then they will return our product.
This courier partner should be banned and must teach their employees some ethics.

It is a complete fraudulent company. They have no value of time, money, customer and words. They misbehave with customer, ask for bribe and abuse customers at the end. They have no complaint system. No body takes complain.

However the particular person owning this shop is quite helpful and mannered. But company as a whole is fraud.
