★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter booked a courier (Ralhi for her brother) for Karwar on 14 Aug. She was given assurance to give delivery of Rakhi packet on 17 Aug. But actuality was different. Her brother didn't get courier even on 22 Aug ie on Rakshabandhan day. Simply they played with sentiments of sister and brother. During that period we have many times contacted to the booking office, every time they gave false assurance of delivery before the festival Rakhsbhandhan. All and all it was bad experience of worst service.
