Sometimes they don't send your parcel to you.
Without any contact and information, they will return your parcel to the sender.
But still they get a large amount of parcel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst courier service. Don't know why NSDL is sending an important document like PAN card through this kind of courier services. After not getting any response from their side, I went to the office and found that hundreds of PAN cards are there, undelivered. They will not deliver it to your doorstep, or even call you to inform you that your courier has arrived. They will make lame excuse that they don't have enough manpower. Its your duty to go to their office and collect the courier. They don't pick up calls, coustomer service never responds. A pure hell courier service. Giving 1 star cz there is no other way to rate below than that!
