★ ★ ★ ★ ★ our company was suppose to receive a crucial and important parcel from tarckon. the sender gave the order on 24th but till on 29th we didn't received. So i tried there number on 30th may. I was amazed to see there reaction by it. First they didn't received the call. second both the extension number was busy. so i rang the mobile number which was provided. The guy picked up and he asked his employee to write the code , she did though instantly and said she will give me call in two minutes . You will laugh now. I waited for last 1 hour. But my phone didn't rang. So i tried there number again .
Well after that i decided to visit and collect the parcel of my own. So i hoped onto auto and started . It was very surprising when I entered there office Mr Dinesh was sitting in his cabin all alone putting his legs up on table and talking very comfortably with someone . So i knocked the door and went inside HE looked at me and asked me what i want. So i introduced myself. he asked me to check frm his employees. He didn't bother to rise up and shake hands or talk, he was busy talking with legs up. Previously he gave me a guys number and when I called up . .it was switched off. They discussed something and rang someone. In between they gave me the number of the guy who was suppose to deliver the parcel .In the end he received and asked me to come over a place where he can give me the parcel. well I waited and received the parcel. and he said i dont have guys the elver the package..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their address is not correct it's opposite MGF Toyota service centre... Where all other hubs.. Gati etc are available..
Also they deliver goods once a week to palam vihar etc.. So that's a challenge..
Also no one picks the phone... That's another challenge... In case of any issue call Sanjay sir their

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is a say if you are good at something you should continue doing that but I don't understand why are you people even providing courier service which is one of worst service I have ever seen. From where do you people get motivation please do let us know. It's high time people please change your business structure or improve your services. And why do you have a customer service number when no one is there to answer the call. I have been trying since past 1 week but got no answer. Seriously guys your job is to make our life's easier my some way or other you are making it difficult. Never ever ever again I am sending courier through your service it's better I my self book ticket and deliver it in person.
